Wellness Orientation and Impact Services
The Y is your partner in health and wellness. We are not just here to provide you with a place to come and work out. We are here to help you succeed in meeting your goals and your needs. It starts with your member orientation, but it doesn’t stop there. We make an effort to follow the success of our members, share in your milestones, allow opportunities for you to air concerns or ask questions and when you aren’t here we notice. These are things that set us apart and make the Y a special place on your wellness journey.
Towel Service
We offer a towel service to our members for a fee. Towels are $1 each or you may purchase a towel card for $20 and get your 21st towel free.
Personal Training
Family Events
Serving families is at the heart of what we do at the Y. By providing affordable activities and events for the whole family, we make spending quality time with your loved ones just a little bit easier in this busy world. Look for special monthly events and programs on the Y’s web- site.
Clubs & Groups
The Y offers a variety of clubs and groups for members with similar interests to gather and share their interests and passions. We are always looking to expand our offerings and find more ways to add value to our membership. If you have an interest in a particular activity that the Y doesn’t currently offer or would like to lead an activity please see a Welcome Center Rep.
ChildWatch
ChildWatch is the Y’s free babysitting service for our Family Members. Adult members may purchase a punch card to utilize ChildWatch- 10 visits for $30. To take advantage of the ChildWatch service you need to pick up a ChildWatch pass at the Y Welcome Center where we will verify your membership status. Simply present the pass at the ChildWatch room and you may utilize the service for up to 1.5 hours in a single visit. Children must be between the ages of 4 months and 8 years.
Party Rentals
With so many activities to offer the Y is the perfect location to host your next party. Climbing parties, pool parties, gymnastics parties, sports parties and more are all available for continued year after year fun. Contact the Y Welcome Center for current pricing and space availability.
